height: 159px;\">4-DIVISI\u00d3N Y FORMADO<\/p>\n<p>Dividimos piezas de 100 g y formamos barritas con las puntas romas que midan aprox. 20-23cm .<\/p>\n<p>Juntamos los extremos, introducimos la mano por el agujero del bagel y deslizamos sobre la mesa hacia delante y hacia atr\u00e1s para sellar bien las puntas.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 95px;\">\n<td style=\"background-color: #eef5e1; border-color: #9bbb59; height: 183px;\">7- HERVIR<\/p>\n<p>En una\u00a0 cazuela ponemos a hervir\u00a0 agua con la miel (30 g de miel por cada litro de agua), y cuando est\u00e9 en ebullici\u00f3n introducimos los bagels (tantos como nos quepan en la cazuela , pero holgados porque se hinchan en el agua), los dejamos hirviendo unos 45 segundos.<\/p>\n<p>Los vamos sacando con una espumadera y colocando en una bandeja de horno.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 95px;\">\n<td style=\"background-color: #eef5e1; border-color: #9bbb59; height: 95px;\">8-DECORACI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos colocar encima semillas de s\u00e9samo, amapola, o lo que m\u00e1s nos guste.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 135px;\">\n<td style=\"background-color: #e4f4c7;
