Barregem a \u00a0l&#8217;amassadora sense amassar i deixem 15 min.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #e4f4c7; border-color: #9bbb59;\">\n<p>3- AMASSAT:<\/p>\n<p>Amassem afegint poc a poc la resta de l&#8217;aigua (560 g) fins que obtenim una massa fina i el\u00e0stica.<\/p>\n<p>Afegim l&#8217;escaldat (segonet+ mix and\u00ed) junt amb el pa remullat i barregem amb les mans fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #eef5e1; border-color: #9bbb59;\">\n<p>5.
