1- ESCALDAT DE LA FARINA<\/p>\n

Posem la mantega trossejada amb l’aigua al foc fins que comenci a bullir i retirem.<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3\u00a0afegim la farina (pr\u00e8viament barrejada amb el sucre, sal, ratlladura llim\u00f3 i canyella) tot a de cop a la barreja anterior i barregem b\u00e9 amb una cullera fins a formar una pasta.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2- ELABORACI\u00d3 DE LA MASSA<\/p>\n

A la pasta escaldada li anem afegint els ous un a un i anem barrejant molt b\u00e9, podem utilitzar unes varilles, una cullera o un robot de cuina.<\/p>\n

La massa no ha de quedar molt tova.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
